Dynamix: So there's no way I'll get it back, unless it's miraculously found? Can't Apple.com work out where my Ipod is if it's connected to a computer? My Ipod didn't have anything engraved, just 60GB and Apple logo I think. I'll contact Apple I think. Thanks Puncher! I am very sorry to hear that. Where did you lose it? Unfortunately

Just got mt Earset 1 home. I had to get a new 6000 as well but am delighted with it. It means I will be able to talk even longer to Lee and Tim! Bad luck boys!

I have 4 6000s and a BC2 and some pretty thick stone walls. No problems - though my BT line is pretty rubbish!

He posted another thread asking about buying these items - I think he is reporting back which is welcome. I agree that the Beocom 4 does have a very nice sound - where is yours made? Early ones seemed to come from Denmark. I think some remarks about the BS1 is fair as it does not produce a very good stereo effect - but this is of course understandable

I have not heard of that fault before. Early Ouvertures had a problem with inaccurate clocks but this was fixed with new software. That was a case of the clock gaining a few minutes though rather than changing date.

BV7-40 user and reference manual in English are now both on site.

They both boost the bass slightly - see the superb Beocentral article about them. Tim repairs these products and has a good working knowledge of their workings.
