Sort of! I would suggest if you were going to do this in filtering the output to the BL8000s as well. I dare say it would be possible to alter the settings in the BL2 to change the cross over frequency which would be another way of doing the same thing.

I am waiting for Leopard - and getting bored doing so!!

tom: I have heard the BS4 connected to a pair of BL8000, and the sound was very detailed and clear. I would though say, that the BS4 is a big step behind BC2 and BS9000, due to the missing digital output. If I wanted to drive a pair of BL5 or BL9, I would not choose the BS4, because I think you could enjoy your speakers a lot more with BC2 or BL9000

I don't know! A display model labelled 'The Beoworld BS4' . Nice thought about the Ps though! Best wishes,

My wife was an account director at Grey when I married her. Now a teacher!

philipsmz333: Powerlink does not make it sound or look any different. Wattage is not always a factor in determining better sound from a speaker. Somebody should do that, a comparison. Arrange it through a B&O store, i'm predicting it would be an embarrassing day for the BL2. True, but Powerlink makes it easier to connect - important with active

The display is too small to read. What does it say?

I agree - I can't abide rudeness, but Adam implied this was the advertising agency rather than B&O. I dare say any e-mails to B&O are redirected to the agency. B&O are always very polite when I contact them - and I am just a private individual.

I'll have to scan the MCL2 handbook - the PC crashed last time but I will have another go! I'll try this week-end! Invaluable!
