Pressing AV - DVD while BV7-40 is in standby mode, lets the stand turn to audio position, activate DVD player, switch on SPEAKER 2 mode. The screen does NOT turn on. Tested right now with my BV7-40 MKIII, SW 5.xx. Hope this helps Stefan

If you set your BL2000 to L.OPT 6, you can also access video sources like DTV2 or V.MEM. A-DTV2 will NOT be necessary, because BL2000 is an audio device anyway. Stefan
