Andre, I am guessing that you have created a 3rd party XML file with either an inccorrect RAW code or using a repeat function. This problem is quite common since the recent software and firmware updates. Claes, I think you will find your dealer is correct in that you can control two STB's on the Beovision 8 even when the system module has been added. The installers may be thinking of other older Beovisions where adding the DVB-T reduces the number of STB's that can be controlled by one.

If you are saying that everything works correctly except the arrow buttons to change the channel, then it is almost certain that the PUC entry is not 100% compatible with the STB you are using.

PUC means " Peripheral Control Unit " located in your Beovision and can be updated from a Laptop with new STB from the B&O library.
