Not until there's an OEM panel to work off of and possibly not even then. It will depend on how well that form factor translates to larger sizes. That being said, there will likely be a "small, medium, large" pricing scheme at most sizes until the really big ones, so I'd expect something up to 55" or so in the coming year. It

It will be 46" I'm not sure where the 48" number is coming from. It's based on the Samsung edge-lit LED panels so clearly there isn't going to be a 48" version. Production will begin very shortly.
