I saw The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray through BeoLab 5s yesterday - don't think I've ever heard so much bass from a consumer sound system! If they do lack bass, it's almost certainly to do with the room or way they're set up.
Alex, you have an ability to frustrate me more

Look at it this way - they cost me less than a brand new pair of BL8000's, and they are 2005 in pretty fine condition besides some marks which i was re-imbursed for by LSAV by 100 pounds, as they were infact descibed as mint condition. It was a good choice price-wise. The exchange rate was in my favour. Martin i might disagree with you there, a

Hi all, i thought it'd be great to sit down and type a little about my thoughts and experience on the BeoLab 1 (without subwoofer) > possibly to clear up some confusion... I have pined over owning a pair for years , and i finally bought these from the magnificent team at Lifestyle-AV who have gone above and beyond for me despite the geometrical

It's a little foil device that you insert into a wine bottle spout to stop drips! They have the B&O logo on Lee
.............. or a joke that fell flat on it's face! No little foil device can stop me!
That's GOLD!!!!!!!

Hey simon good to see you're still around! Another great post, very well written - have you checked out the lastest 7 40"? Apparently it's a vast imporovement. Alot of B&O's flat TV's have been created, with serious teething issues into the new technology. They've done the best they can with what they have i believe. Certainly
