Fascinating explanation Mika! So, I send an audio command to my Beomaster 7000 (eg Vol down) using Beolink 1000, that should be the end of it, but no. Eleven seconds later, my Beomaster sends a confirmation signal to Beolink 7000 which then shows the volume change! The IR signal sent from the master to the remote, has no relationship with Beolink 1000

Very sought after! Look at them here.

Correct! So store that position as '0' and as '1'. Problem is, that there is only one more saved position available. Andy T.

Seems you are confused like me Dave. Put the Avant where you want it to park up at night, and store it as '0' Put the Avant where you want it to be when switched on, and store it as '1' Simples!

Hey Lee! I don't know if it makes a difference, but although I bought two tickets in the hope that I could woo Carol Voorderman in time for the do, she has had to swerve at the last minute. Judith! Thanks for the time and effort you have put into researching the venues. Ronnie Scotts sounds good! Will we be seeing you anytime other than Saturday
Andy, it would be good to meet in the lobby of your hotel.
Sounds good to me pal!
Not really sure if I want entertainment for the evenings, I need lots of sleep!
Pfffttt!!!!

Ahhhh, how sad! I was really looking forward to meeting you Nik. I'll have a drink (or two) for you my friend, and I'm sure we will meet up sooner or later.

Ok, Beocool, (Holland) nmartin (Serbia) and myself (Clitheroe) will be arriving in London on the Thursday. I am last to arrive 3:15 in the afternoon. Thanks to Beocool, we have arranged a rough idea of what we plan to cram into the trip. We will spot Beocool easily, as he has brown hair Friday we will hope to visit St Pauls Cathedral in the morning

Just had a feel of the top switch, it doesn't click as such, and therefore has no feedback. Sorry, I'm not a techie, hope someone comes along shortly to help. In the meantime, often leaving a electronic device unplugged for a while (couple of minutes) forces a re-set. Good luck. Andy T.
