I take it that you have both the set up and user manuals for your AV7000? It gives you basic information and tells you how to use it with a Beolink 1000. Both on site.

Hi Frede, I am compiling a list of what we have at present and will send you a copy! Mainly 1960 - 1980 though a few later. I have put the Beolit manuals on and am starting on Beomasters next! Best wishes, Peter

It is not that bad! I bought one! And it is a very clever design! I have just got the service manual - so will scan it as soon as I can for you! Just in case!

Stick with the A8s. If you are after some really good headphones, you need to speak to Lee! He has some Grado headphones to die for. Of the B&O range, the Form 1s are the best and most comfortable. Not a patch on my Sennheisser HD600s though and the Grados are better still. Interesting piece of trivia! (Could be useful for a future quiz!) The Form

Which browser are you using? Opera or safari at a guess. I now use Firefox over Safari. Works much better on site.

I take it you mean the tractor drive one rather than the tuner? Looks wonderful and the glass top is what the earlier BM6000 quad should have had. I am going to disagree with Casdave on this one though - very unusual! It is an indirectly coupled amplifier and seems a step backwards in amplifier design compared to designs like the 1500 and more like

Actually the centre speaker is driven by the AV7000. B&O used a CX100 in their pictured set up. Good speaker for speech, which is what it will be dealing with. Agree with the above though - Pentas at the front.
