I’ve had problems with the top panel of my Beosound 3; my local dealer has fixed this for me twice now. But because I didn’t buy it from them I seem to lose the famous B&O customer service everyone tells me about. I collected my Beosound 3 today after having the top panel replaced again, I’m convince that they have given me someone

i was impressed to see the Beocom 6000 in the film "a true classic design" and not the more common beocom2!! james

No infact i hardly use it - just the alarm feature and of course treat it like a baby when i do move it around. is a phone call the best way of contact or an email/letter? james

that's a usefull feature, can you do it whilst using the camcorder input? i have my beosound 1 connected to the avant via this james

i bought a beosound 3 2 years ago, last year the top panel stopped working. My local dealer fixed it by replaceing the panel. Its worked fine upto a few weeks ago but now the same problem as come back!! I've taken to my B&O dealer but they are saying that the warrenty as ran out and want to charge me for the fix! As anyone else had this problem
