I don't think there is a way to connect the tv how you want without B&O modifying the picture. The bs3 is still a fantastic processor though. Why not use it just for sound? Let the tv processor do its thing and use the bs3 for surround processing? You about be able to do all of that pretty easily with a beo6. Just program the remote to control

U can pretty much control anything with them. Savant is really cool stuff I went with radiora 2 because i just do lights. The new mlgw software might even recognize savant commands.

Mine batteries went out some time back. The only thing I noticed was the alarm was weak and ultimately quit making any noise.

I have a beosound 8 now. In addition to pretty much every other b&o speaker. I can't wait to get a portable b&o device. I have been stuck listening to too many Bose docks which have made me much more excited to hear the beolit. I just hope it's in the neighborhood of the bs8 as far as sound. And ....
