I just checked - my Beo4 does flash when you press the menu button. In my experience of other B&O kit, there could be a problem with the pcb 'dome foil' against which the rubber buttons press. Possibly worth checking with a dealer first. Have you checked the batteries ? (Although of course other buttons should not work if they are dead)

Many thanks for this - very interesting! I think I looked at this ages ago but had forgotten where to find it! From reading the manual, I think that I'd be able to listen in link rooms but not fully control. I'd also be able to stream music from my NAS. I will give it some thought and maybe place an order! Thanks Stefan Guy

Having recently moved from UK I want to add internet radio to my B&O setup. I currently have BC9500 connected (via a 1611 converter) to Beovision 3 (type 8803) in the lounge, with an MCL connection to the kitchen/dining area. I initially considered the straightforward (cheap!) option of connecting a Revo Mondo to the spare Tape 2 input on the BC9500

I want to buy a Freesat box to work with my Beovision 3. My STB-C has Table 4.25 fitted, and this lists 'HUMAX FOX SAT H' at number 5 as shown below: Does anyone know if this is the 'HUMAX FOXSAT HD' or 'HUMAX FOXSAT HD R '? I would prefer to buy the former but not if I can't control it with Beo 4. Any help would be much

You should be able to add the AV function to your Beo4. That's what I had to do to get mine to work.

On my Beovision 3 you do this by pressing 'AV' first. Perhaps try this?

I just wanted to share my experiences of fixing a power supply problem with a Beocom 4. Other posts suggest that this may be quite common. My Beocom 4 developed an intermittent power supply problem that I eventually traced to the connection between the charging cable and the plug in charger. I initially thought the cable had a break in it, hence got

I think it may be useful and work with the Avant. From the manual for my Beovision 3: AV 2 Expander The optional AV 2 Expander accessory is a SCART expander for connection of non-Bang & Olufsen equipment, such as decoders, game consoles, and cameras to the DECODER socket on your television. Use a 21-pin cable to connect one plug to the socket marked
