Sounds like a calibration issue in the service menu. You might want someone to come out and set it up.

Very cool although I can see the installations getting messy very quickly if not handled extremely well. Would a BS3 based system still be handled locally? Also I wasn't sure what they were implying about the use of subwoofers. I foresee a wasted weekend in my future.

Are you saying you lost functionality that you already had before the upgrade? Or are you using a PUC (device model selected in the Avant menu) that was added with the software upgrade to control your Motorola but it doesn't work very well? Don't know that model but there aren't too many options for the Avant: 1. Try some other PUCs to see

It's also unfortunate that in the North American market our previous Beocom 1 (Beocom6000) are not technically Dect and thus cannot share the same Beoline or address book.
