[quote user="rednik"] You could definately "live with" an Android device. There's a place in the market for Android and Apple phones, and they both suit different people. Not sure about the competition heating up though? Android handsets outsell Apple devices nearly 2 to 1. http://www.csmonitor.com/Innovation/Horizons/2011/0131

It's just another concept by a design firm... B&O is not going to return to the phone market. There's no money to be made.

I've combined the BL11 with BL8000's.. Let me just say that my neighbors experience a difference in sound. Anyway... The BL11 add a very subtle amount of low to your music & movies... After some time you know the difference if it's not there... Then you notice that something is missing..

Stephan, Why do you rip first in Apple Lossless... and then convert to 320 AAC? iTunes can rip directly into 320 AAC... Imho it's an unnecessary step as the resulting 320K AAC file has the same original master (CD or Lossless are of the same quality). For the rest: nice howto! Karel.

The BS8 was not designed to have other speakers connected to it; it was designed as a stand alone product. There's absolutely no use of connecting a BL11 to it. Technical speaking I guess it can be done... if you're into ripping open the BS8 and solding some stuff together and then connecting it to the BL11... It's the same as converting

The BL8 is intended as a stand alone device... You probably could do it... but is it worth it? Attach some BL5s if you want the best sound

De TimeCapsule ondersteunt geen DLNA... Dit is dus geen B&O probleem... Maar een feature die ontbreekt op het Apple device.

All BeoVisions that have have a SurroundSound decoder :-)

Latest purchase: a BL11 :-)
