You're right, I think. As I recall, blinking green means calibration failed. A couple of things to try BEFORE bringing in the serviceman: 1) Unplug the system to allow the system to reset/restart. Try it again. 2) It may be that you have sufficient LF ambient noise in your environment (Air Conditioning, or other LF sounds) that the calibration system

Unfortunately, I've forgotten the command sequence, because I never needed it for anything. Back when BL5s first came out, I thought it would be really interesting, but in fact it's just a calibration for an arbitrary position in one of the listening rooms at the factory, and of no particular utility. All you can learn from it is the degree

I have four BL3s with a BL2 sub in my living room, coupled to a 32" Avant. I'm very pleased with both the sound quality and the good system integration. I recommend the system highly. The big benefits, vs the BL9, are the room correction (which is a very beautiful thing all by itself), the midrange lens

I concur with the others. The BeoLab 1 is a supeb loudspeakers, consideably better than the BL8000. Personally, I love its appearance. Any color will do for me. Enjoy! If you can afford the BL2, all the better!! I hope this helps. Best regards,
