Thank you all for your help. All that I am trying to do is use the BC 9300 to play a tape through the speakers that are attached to the BS 9000. I have two extra powerlink cables and was hoping that I could use one to connect to the aux in each component. Do I need to buy another cable? Thank you, Dario

Dear All: I tried connecting my BS 9000 to a Beocenter 9300 (circa 1998) with a powerlink cable. However, the female end of the Aux has only 7 holes while the male end has eight pins. A closer look, revealed that the '8th' hole at the Aux position has a little piece of plastic covering it on both the BS 9000 and BC 9300. Do I need a different
