My B&o engineer said to earth the coax on my Sky box a long time ago , can't remember why . Never had a problem with the earth trips dropping out but should I remove it ? Richard

Titles originally for TV, for example the "Planet Earth" I have, are often 1080i. I thought Blu-ray was all the same and was the system that decided how to display it . I've looked on my Dvd boxes and can't see any reference to progressive or interlace . I have two titles that wont play on either my BV7-40 mk 3 or my separate Bs3 cinema

I have Sky connected this way so I do get it on the link but only because of the RF out on the Sky , can't get the Ps3 or Apple thru because you can only have one of the outputs active so can't bypass the master Tv to the link . Like Peter said B&o will have to find a way to distribute Hd or their video Link system will be a dead duck .

I hope I'm wrong but don't think you can see anything connected via Hdmi to the video master on a link TV . As more equipment is connected with Hdmi the link facility may be come useless and B&o will lose one of it's main selling points unless it can be addressed . Richard

They came Wednesday afternoon to up-date the software , when they arrived they said they hadn't got the up-date yet but it is imminent so only tested the system . They confirmed Monday it was an update so somebody got it wrong . Richard

New software being installed on Wednesday , it's going into a Bs3 cinema setup , the only issue I have is a mini freeze every 50/60 seconds on Blu-ray Ps3 , they have tried to fix it but they have no idea what the problem is so have been waiting for the new software to try . This problem appeared a month ago and didn't do it when the system

Your dealer has to do it , they charge about £80 , if you have it done get them to put on anything else you might get in the future , Apple Tv , PS3 ect. same price for all you want . Richard

Hi jk . Power up the apple then hold the Menu and - keys for a few seconds ( the light on it is shows amber ) . then I get a language screen , select English . then I get the list of outputs with 576i as one of them . Select one it then moves to a 3 choice screen , Reset / Diagnostics / Restore to factory settings . There is no way out of this menu

Hi JK . Couldn't get to work , tried two different converters so I don't have to use hdmi and get it down the link to my Bv6 . Tried to get it set-up on the Bv7 first and had the B&o engineer try for a couple of hours and he couldn't do it either . Bit strange , get the Apple logo on the screen then Menu and - key to get to the output
