The reason for a dominating center speaker in Speaker 5 mode, could be that you were listening to a mono signal, then almost all the sound will come form the center speaker. /MikaelB

The most noteable chage is the display in the front in the upper right corner. It changed from red to white (light blue), I beleive it was from Mk III. Otherwise the 4 digit modelnumber should be an indicator. Not sure what they are though. /MikaelB

Ordered a BeoSound 5 about 3 weeks ago, but there seems to be delivery problems. Dealer is now talking about January 2010, before it will show up. Anyone herd about what is causing the delivery problems? /MikaelB

I use the HD moudule (in BV7-40 Mk IV) together with HDR2. Which should be the same as your setup. Using the EPG to find the show I want to record and just press Red and Go on Beo4 then it will record from the DVB-HD module. It is an analog recording. It consumes the same amount of space as recording from analog turner. One major drawback in my opinion

In setup of BV7 the stand, no matter model or screen size, can be programmed to stop so it won't turn into the wall. /MikaelB
