My first album was the original soundtrack from The Good, The Bad and the Ugly from Ennio Morricone. I can't believe I've got this one probably back in 1975, when I was 8. My first rock was Dinasty from Kiss, 1979. I have them both, boxed back in my home country...

Please, put those pictures back! I've never seen them. Regards;

I've never seen a Beogram 1000 like this before. Very nice tandem. I hope Tim gets his hands on them and bring them back to glory days. Very kind of you beaker.

I happen to like it as well. reminds me the screen of a serene with the wheel of a serenata. The speaker funcion is great and design wise is nice. I hope is priced in the neighborhood of the BC6000.

4400 (Tim Jarman's)
Actually the 4400 was mine which Tim and I pulled apart as we had visions of turning it into a 4401! Frede then found two real ones so I sent all the bits back to Tim and said he could sell it once he had reassembled and fixed it!! He said it was a beast

Impressive collection Martin. I started in 2000 and have had plenty of new stuff and recently more and more vintage. In my retro (big) room I have: Beogram 1000, 1800, 4000, 4002, 4004. Beolab 5000 (1967), Beomaster 5000 (1967), 3000-2 (from you), 4000, 4400 (Tim Jarman's) Beovox 5000, S-45, S-55 MX4000, Beovision 8 Beo4, Beolink 1000 and some 30

That's gorgeous Peter. I love schopper's 12" tonearm board. It's so stylish. Great work on the Lid indded. Thanks for sharing your pictures. I may be better off saving some money to buy a Thorens from Frede. He's got fully operational turtables as opposed to other sources where you are paying probably too much for a doubtful device

Congratulations Peter! I have to say that I envy you! The Beolab 5000 system is the pinacle for any BnO collector. Frede has been doing a worderful job restoring these beauties. Could you please post more pictures? I actually like a lot the dark grey colour that you choose for your Thorens TD 124 MkII a.k.a. Beogram 3000. I'm actively looking at
