Based on your description it sounds like the Beolab 3500 is not receiving the audio signal for some reason. Prior to the unit stopping working had there been any changes to your configuration ? Do you have a Mark II version of the Beolab 3500 ?

I have decoded your RAW signal and I can see that it is an NEC1 protocol which the Beo5/6 firmware supports directly without having to use RAW which is an image copy only. You could add the RAW for each number one after the other, but you would need to include a delay of at least 50ms between each number otherwise the receiver may not keep up with the

Ralf, On a Beovision 3 it is only possible to access this menu if no pin code is set. You could go in and use the "Service Code" then deactivate it and when you reactivate it then you can add your new code. You can set the 12 hours service time by entering a 5 digit Service code which is 1 1 1 1 1 This gives 12 hours of full functionality

Mirralph, If you mean a XML Beo5/6 configuration file, then one is attached to this posting in a ZIP file. Unzip the file to C:\ and it will automatically be placed in the correct directory of the Configuration Tool.
