No worries there, you just need a ML/MCL (the big heavy black metal amplifier which takes ML in and gives MCL out) I use a BS9000 with a ML/MCL and several MCL-2A and a MCL-2AV in combination with other ML stuff. Every source on the BS9000 can be operated in link rooms.

It is only a necessity when there is no surround decoder present, ie if you only have a BeoSound. It is net a necessity with BeoVisions.

Ehlerz: ... However, is the cloth the only thing that differs from the white and black speakers?? Yes. The aluminium is the same, and so are the black plastic parts.

Low, but not too low IMO. Beo4 +50 £ Some sort of bracket +50 £ Stand +100 £

BeoLab 5 BeoLab 3 Any BeoLab in any color Actually B&O - the more the merrier

gorissek: I don't think the BeoLab 5s look that great in white, but the BeoLab 4s are just superb. I do not know if you have seen them in the flesh, but I have , and I think they look great in white. They white colour makes them fit better in a smaller room, especially if you have white walls. Is it easy to change the cloth on a BL5?

The speaker is supposed to be wireless, so it can be carried around in the house.

I agree with KingOfSnake. My parents did the same, and this way you can use the thick rubber cablecovers that were designed to go with the 8000s. Another speaker missing the second PowerLink socket is BeoLab 4. I my view BeoPort and BL4 are the perfect PC pack, and therefore I think it is a bit annoying that the BeoPort only have one PowerLink out so

Yeah, that might be the solution. I have a BeoPort he can borrow, if/when he buys an Avant. Thanks for giving it a thought.

I know that member ChrDH has both a BGCD5500 and a BeoCenter 9000. You could PM him, and ask if he could test it for you.
