Generally, if it's in the box, it's got a part number.

They are "3103372 Foot, set inc screws" which are not shown in the exploded view but are in the "Parts not shown" list. These are supplied with every stand. If they are not the part that you require, what are they?????? They have a part number so should be orderable. You are a "Gold" member so I suggest you look in the

Possibly the servo drive band has come off or has broken or possibly the servo bulb/light sensitive resistor in the arm carriage defective or possibly fault on the main board.

Yes the display has a defect. Yes the pcb's have a defect. They have been repaired on numerous occasions. Now is the time to replace them.
