Our newest addict with his prize. Any bets on how long it takes before Todd starts jonesing for his next Beofix ?

they even sent the original ribbons. I had never got around to completely unpacking. Bought during the one of my Beocrack binges a few years back. Dont recall paying very much for it either.

I'm really diggin' the sexy specs Ransey Lewis is sporting on his Bosa Nova LP from the late 60's. Not a bad sound at all. Simply a fusion of Brazillian Samba and and Afro-american R&B. I like it. But the real haul was the Gato Barieri. Never knew about this LP and I thought I had most of his stuff. The record swap meet is tomorrow.

The were several "changes" or slight redesigns to the 60.2 crossover during production. The cross you are flashing Evan looks like mine but if Mika come thru with a picture of his it will be a chunk of chip board with everything run in series (like an old uniphase cross) It was changed at least one more time with the RL6000 and it nothing

If Evan is stupid enough to bring him around me - Todd's Beotoast. One listen to my rebuilt 4000 on a set of S75's or a look at me rebuilt 2000 or me rebuilt 5000 or my 2400 or my BS3000, CDX, BC 7700... oh nevermind..... !

Good job Soren. Glad to see you have the 901 back up and running again. Other than that all I can say is, "God, I hate taking those things apart."

Stopped by my local used record store this afternoon and raided the 80's nu wave section. I really think the Idlewild LP by Everything but the Girl may be a masterpiece. Really good stuff.

Very nice set up Leslie. Not something you will find in my neighborhood. It would take a couple years to acquire all the pieces and then the cosmetic quality would most likely be marginal. Sadly vintage B&O that predate the BM4000 is pretty rare in the US and when it does show up on auction I usually pass because the unit is pretty much trashed
Using "Genius Mixes" (a poor man's MOTS) to play "French Vocals" from my library ... just had "Je T'aime" ... now that was a "whole lotta love"
Melody - Serge with Jane - here is a stock photo of them togeter in London. Makes you wonder who was whos' muse
