I have the service manual only. I will certainly scan it in the next day or so.

Interesting scenario! Pros and cons here! I find it an advantage having the same Sky+ box for the TV in my bedroom as the main room as I can watch programmes I have recorded in either room. The Sky multi-room doesn't allow this. (I have an AV9000 in a second sitting room with a different Sky box). I would be tempted to make the BV7 the video master

The Beovox 3800 is mentioned quite a lot as it is relatively rare and a UK only model. Bet quite a few thought that was an easy one!! The Beolab terminal was a nasty one I agree!

Not a lot of point having HD with an Avant as it won't accept an HD feed. I would stick with Sky+ unless you are getting an HD set. And the others are quite correct - no HD in link rooms either.

Well clearly with such encyclopaedic knowledge, we will be expecting you to answer lots of queries!! Seriously, very well done - it must have taken a lot of time to work it out and trawl the site. I'll look forward to getting your address and will post the book to you.

Looking at the service manuals, the belt is the same part number as that used in the Beogram 2200 which is listed by a number of suppliers! Here is one!

It was, of course, completely impossible! However dogged determination clearly won the day so congratulations to anyone who had a go. It was partly to raise some interest in the Products pages and also just a bit of fun. Do we want more like this? - I will make them either easier or harder depending on what you think!

Not correct! Meandmyshadow! And very quickly as well!
