Sounds as though the 7000 is working - if it didn't work 2 way with the audio I would be suspicious but it clearly is. If the 5000 works 2 way then the TV is also OK!!!!! Try removing and adding again and make sure you are directly in front of the TV!!

You need to remove the video sources from the panel, save the settings, and then add them back on and save the settings.
