Look under the manuals for the AV9000 - the STB-C fitting guide is there - there are pictures for both the MX and the AV9000.

I think it was available here but only for a short time as the Beomaster 8000 was discontinued fairly soon afterwards. The Beomaster 6000 is not as wide so the cabinet was discontinued as well. I have a SC80 with mine - I don't remember seeing a SC80/2 in the flesh!

I bought my daughter one of those. Underwhelmed! The Kensngton is good except for the scroll ring which feels scratchy and cheap.

Beo: thank you for your "on-topic" reply. well.... i do expect little difference, but no difference is a disappointing answer to B&O fans No really! They are all perfectly good! There are obviously big differences in function though - the BS9000 can play 6 discs, the BC2 plays DVDs, and the BS4 is good value.

Does the RX have this? I know some 5000s do and the RX2 does, but I didn't know if the RX did.

Just got a new Trackball (don't like mice!) and have the Kensington Expert Mouse (it isn't a mouse!!) Much more useful than the Microsoft device I had before as it is fully supported by my Mac. What do the rest of you use?

I suppose you need to identify the source. Try some headphones if you have some and see if it is the 3000 rather than the speakers. If not, and it is the speakers, is it getting worse. If so, I would have them looked at. How old are the 6000s? There was a modification made at S/N 10741008 to improve the tweeter protection as they could blow and either
