Hi Bantu and welcome to Beoworld, Early Beosystems 2300 had two way communication. These versions have a small window covering the IR receiver. These versions have a clock and timer function but you need a Beolink 5000 or Beolink 7000 to operate them.

In the mid 80's I saw a picture of a Beogram 3000 and knew at that point I wanted to have B&O in my life. The first B&O product I saw in real life was a Beocenter 9000. Like you Cooldude I've been hooked ever since...
