You could always just buy these and keepthe others for spares.... P30 on Ebay Simon

The Beomaster 1900 is a great buy at the moment, and is a fabulous looking piece of kit. Prices in the £20-50 range for a good one. A work of warning on the speakers, some of the more powerful vintage speakers are pretty big which may interfere with your concept of a minimalist look. The S45-2s may be lacking in bass relative to the S75s but I

ArgyleMoss: Reference the colour scheme. How about Green and White, with a hint of Black. Blue and white is a better match for your former manager's new club! Simon

I think you may be helped by the fact that the ones you are bidding for do not mention Beolab 5000 at all in the header so this may keep bidding down. The last time I noticed this pairing on Ebay in similar condition they were sold in separate auctions but by the same seller at the same time and went for around £100 each. If they are fully working

I am still strugging to grasp the premise behind the question. Migrating to the Beosund 2 because the iPod is overpriced is a bit like migrating to an Audi TT because a Vauxhall Vectra Estate is too expensive, it just doesn't have any logic to it. The Beosound 2 has it's strengths but 'Bang per Buck' has never been one of them. If The
