I am sorry to hear that your dealer did not programme your Beo5 to your requirements, this would normally be a task they would do. New Beo5's come with a very basic configuration already loaded, but the dealer would normally configure it to meet your configuration requirements, unless the customer did not want the service. Søren, Assuming your "Zone" button is not hidden and you did not delete it, then I am not sure how you managed that, unless you have found a software bug in the configuration tool. Going back to select another zone is quite simple as shown below You can press the right hand SCENE button at any time and in any screen and you will get something like the following screen which will always have a ZONE soft button as below, pressing it will take you back to the first screen.

I agree with Phil in that UK house wiring electrical standards do not normally have a "neutral" wire in the switch box. Equally most recently designed dimmers do not need a neutral wire because they are wired "inline" in the live connection.

Normally you define the zones you want at the start of the configuration process. In the configuration Tool click the TAB which says CREATE ZONE as below Type in the box what you wish to call the additional zone and then press "Add Zone" You can now add products to each of the zones you have created by going to the next tab along called "Choose

Graham, You can do exactly the same on the AVANT To add a second STB you need a IR Y-adaptor part # 6174171 and one more IR-blaster part #8330352
