For those interested, a Beogram 6000 quad on Ebay! Remember this will play perfectly in stereo but has a built in RIAA so will work with all the newer equipment. Not remote control - but you have to clean the LP anyway!!
-
I have just put what I think is the best ever B&O catalogue on - the 1991. Has the extra pages at the back so if you have not seen it, it is at the bottom of this page .
-
If you have a 5500, I would actually get Penta 1s as they will be much cheaper and you will need to use Speakerlink anyway. Make sure the cones are OK. If not bargain the price down further and buy new units. Available from B&O still.
-
Or you can set the 2000 to Option 4 which means you have to p[ress Link to activate it on the Beo4. I use this as I have a BM5500 with CX100s and also a Beoport with BL3s both coming off my computer. I can therefore listen to either but can choose which one - or both!

I'll ask for you on Friday. Terry seems a good man and I am sure will be forthcoming!
-
Even available at B&Q!! Used for outdoor furniture!
-
I may be wrong, but don't the newer units used a different type of switched electronic power supply - the Beolab 4 does. These are not voltage specific.
-
I got a new one last month!

The guide specifically mentions MX 78xx models so I don't see why not. Have you downloaded it? Check with your dealer. I am finally having mine fitted to the AV9000 on Friday so I will ask Terry when he comes.
