Hello - can anyone recommend a B&O dealer who offers great discounts?
Discount, perhaps. Great discounts, absolutely not. Sorry! Dealer margin isn't that great and there's no real incentive to give a discount on brand new stock as it's made on demand. You might get a 10-15% discount from ex

I have this issue, too. Turn the BV7-40 MKIV on in one room (open plan), move to the kitchen, turn on the BV8-26 and there's a clear audio delay on the BV8-26 :(
Thomson Sky HD box?
Worse on the new PACE boxes than the old Thomson Sky boxes. I had no problem with the old Thomson box. As soon as that broke and was replaced by a PACE, a thick 1-inch blue line appeared on many channels, on the right.
Anyone else out there with BL3s and a BL 7.1/7.2/7.6 that could offer an opinion on how much of a difference there'd be between a BL 7.6 versus a BL3 / BL11 combo as it pertains to listening to music?
I had the 7.1 (later 7.2) for years, before swapping out for a 7.4 + BL9s. Made a big difference. The 7
No, there's been plenty of negativity, too. That's one reason why they've created the BL11. I sold
i just watched "the box" and when i connect my bluray player to my projector via the BV7/BS3 the panning is terrible
There was a MKIII panning 'sw fix' a long time ago, which helped, slightly. I didn't notice any difference, but some users reported a big difference. I know this doesn't
I'm waiting on the 3G model personally...
Yep, same here. The number of times I've been on a site visit where I can't get WiFi/network access, is incredible. Turned up with my MBP and not able to do a demo as I have no net access.
As the Ipad is now out in the US I thought I would ask what they actually are. Why do you need one.
For me, quick client demos. I have to drag my MacBook Pro to various meetings around London, when it would be far easier to grab the iPad, load up the web pages I need to demo/show and just pass them the iPad!
...due to technological progress.
That's a bit worrying. Sounds like the reduced the LED count to save money, citing 'technological progress' as an excuse
B&O will charge what they believe customers are able and willing to pay. o)
A fair comment. Prices are based on demand, not supply. However much people moan on this board (about B&O prices, in 2010), there is enough demand to match their SRPs. If the demand dropped, over a sustained period of time
