See other thread - but GO + >> or GO + << . Press >> again to go to next speed. Just play with Go and the other buttons and there are all sorts of functions!

Actuallt the instruction sheet is rubbish!! It is here for what it is worth, along with all the others!

GO + >> to fast forward. Press >> again and it goes to the next speed as long as you do it within a couple of seconds. I think the instruction sheet is on site! I'll find it for you!

I have a Sky+ which I use with the Avant, and a Panasonic DMR-EH60D that I use with the AV9000. I confess to really hardly using it! I can switch it on, change channels and play the DVD. I have never actually tried recording using the Beo4 (shame ) - I use the DMR-EH54D codes. The Sky+ is fantastic and integrates perfectly in a B&O link system.

Bulgarien is quite right with regard to Beovisions with the Dolby digital module. Alex would be correct in an audio only set up though I am less sure about sub woofers in audio set ups. With BL3s or 4s, there could be a need though. In those situations the BL2 will act as a active crossover and send less low frequency to the other Beolabs which does

I use a Panasonic DMR-EH60D with the codes from the 54D. Most things seem to work! Even through the AVX2!

Much nicer than the official one. Very high quality product.

The problem here is that unlike B&O, Philips controllers do not use standard codes for all their models. The DVD controller is simply sending out the wrong code because the code you have entered is telling it to send out a particular code the DVD does not recognise. If it is any consolation, mine is a little flaky too!

I was most surprised to hear that unlike every other dealer network that Beoworld has been in touch with, B&O of Australia , who cover Australia and New Zealand, were unable to offer any discount to Beoworld when purchasing products to use as prizes. This is despite the offer of publicity to the dealers. Most dealers seem to regard becoming involved

I do have a 28" Panasonic widescreen set you can have if you would like to cover you before you buy new. I was going to offer a music system as well but
