excellent ! this the bno tv i've been waiting for any idea the price £ ?

in the review it mentions 4 hdmi's , is that true ? if so , well done bno !

i've been waiting years for this for our avant and tbh i'm distinctly underwhelmed not only by the bland interface , but the implementation and above all the ridiculous price for less than £500 you can buy a top of the range sony / pioneer dvb-t recorder with 250gig+ hd in fact that's what i have plugged into mine , the sony hdrx860

i'll tell you one thing that pc's are much better at than macs landfill :)

full hd is overrated , 720p still looks amazing all the way up to 40 inches you need 46+ before you can see the difference in 1080 imo maybe bno have a point after all

the biggest recent con was the series jekyll , don't get me wrong , the lead - nesbitt is a stunning actor and the series was ok , but the day after the show ended it came out on dvd if that's not milking the public - what is ? in the old days we had repeats , now it's dvd's that we have to pay £20 for the bbc really are a total

what particularly irks me is the bbc had the cheek to steal the i prefix from apple in the first place , they spend too much time pandering to bill gates - who invested a load of money in the bbc a few years ago imo the bbc are a disgrace and should be disbanded , i cdertainly don't see why we should pay a license fee for some of the dross they

my dad had never used a computer before , he thought they were all pointless rubbish a few months ago i gave him my old imac petal 17"er he's been on it non stop ever since , loves itunes and google earth so much you can't get him off it now :)

it's a shame that apple are using all their resources on this bloomin iphone rather than on making new mac pros etc i'll be glad when the damn thing's out and we can get on to something interesting , personally i detest mobile phones and the loud mouthed morons that seem to use them

that's not apple's fault , blame the greedy record companies and their insistence on drm with 'itunes plus' you can now buy songs drm free and in 256 k quality plus bno's beoplayer is a joke compared to itunes , strange how bno have powerbooks in their brochures yet don't support macs properly..
