Would be interesting to know if it was a tangential or radial tracking that way you could narrow it down. However, as far as I can see the tangential decks are the only ones with the controls on the lower r/h corner but they all tend to be much wider that the radial decks of that period..and none of those have the controls of that type placed on the

Hi Kirk, Unfortunately without a remote the MX5000 is useless. The buttons on the MX are very basic and only usable only after you have tuned it in with the remote. You say your Beolink 1000 is broken - what exactly is the problem? Is it dead? Have you tried changing the batteries? If so look at the remote through the camera on your mobile to see if

Weyhey it works! One happy bunny here. Well done Mika. Now that's one computer problem solved & I only have to worry about the problem between my keyboard and chair!!! Mods perhaps this should be a sticky??? Was really a bugbear for many.
