Very interesting to see what people paid back then. You see the £65.2.6 or whatever and without thinking, think of it as 'sixty five quid' in todays money plus a smidge more for inflation. Childhood memories hold a lot for me when it comes to audio recordings. In fact, i link most songs with times, places and experiences. Not sure if that's normal !! The album that reflects happy times in my teens is Rod Stewarts 'Camouflage' album. Lots of 80's riffs and big shoulder pads and i remember it blasting out of the rear speakers

Now not a problem - both threads have now been moved to the Music & Film section of 'LifeStyle' as if by magic.. My all time favourite film is 'Deep Cover' starring Laurence Fishburne.
