Hello and welcome to BeoWorld! The problem you discribe is not that big. BeoCenter 9500 only shows the presets on the top display that are programmed. So you probably don't have any radiostations programmed on presets 11 to 20. Just search a radio station, store it on preset 11 and you will see that you can go to preset 11 after that!
