Since when is it available in this colour and has anyone such an interesting looking beo4? regards, Adrian
As an optiomal colour "Gold" is available for many B&O products since
Now I just wish there were a way to have the "TV" button turn on the cable box in addition to the TV, but I guess the "macros" will be solely relegated to the Beo 5.
An interesting alternative for older TVs without possibility to assign "TV" to other sources is the Beo 4 "for

Beo 4 for the "Digital Age" - recently made in small quantities to check market response! Everything is the same as on a "normal" Beo 4 type 162x, exept "V.Aux" converted to a "real" button and "TV" changed to a softkey. Please note: not yet clear if the diverging parts (mainboard, rubber) for this model

Once connected you use the PC command on the Beolink Active to route sound to the local speakers. The sound is not able to be routed back thru masterlink to another room. Masterlink

Because I can get the cable for the PC port easily enough but I have to wait to install the ML to that back room and would like to be able to use the speakers with my computer.
BeoLink "Passive" is the same as a ML/MCL Converter + "Eye" (IR transceiver) + 5m cable. If connected to Powerlink (wo IR tranceiver) it works like as a MCL2P Power-Amp If connected to MasterLink (wo IR tranceiver) it works like a ML/MCL Converter Most versatile solution would be: "BSys 2500"
