    ahhhhhh i dont know if i shoudl update to 5.0 now or just wait a little longer for the next fix, i have 4.24a but under warenttee they will fix the probelsm i have having with the crash to off problem but i cannot help wonder if 5.1 will fix the issues in 5.0 but what issues will that bring. Will we ever get a stable softwear version, opinions gladly

    i dofeel sorry for you as they have fixed another problem and now you are going to have to go through the whole its "sky" fault and reporting issues again. Its getting a little tedious now that thet cannot get the software right, just makes you want to but something new doesnt it NOT

    as i dont use link room i think i may get my dealer round for my software update, cannot help but wonder wat 5.1 will bring next week or so but i think being at the newest software level can bring months of problems (as recently proven) just spoke ot my dealer and he is going to install soon thank god

    basically its a cheap computer with xp ££3700 for a computer that will break down and not last as long as any other B&o item computers do not last long tbh, its lovely to look at but really this product is a flop, its very overpriced and so far from reading it lacks everything that people wanted from it. Sad as i was expecting something

    just a thought what resolution do you have the sky box set to ???? they must have tested this in house and beta testers woudl have noticed

    can you please explain i have been told there is a "war and peace" document explaining how to install the update and register each HDMI sourse once at a time and turnign off and on the TV is this correct and will this have to be done every time i add a new device Do you have a copy of the document?

    i shall be calling my dealer today but thats what i did with 4.24 and look where that got me. I hope i wont be posting on a thread called " Re: BV7 40 MKIII / SW 5.00 problem" any time soon can someone who has access to the service tool attach the list of Fixes as soon as they have download it please.
