If you want a Beovision to play with you could start with an LX series TV which should be available fairly cheaply. The main disadvatage is the lack of widescreen. I have three and I am very happy with them! Simon

I believe there are copyright issues, the BBC are not licensed to distribute their content outside of the UK. Ignace: Why is the BBC iPlayer only available for people that are based in the UK ? I can receive BBC 1, 2, 3, 4, Prime, World, but can't watch BBC iPlayer. (i live in The Netherlands)

Thanks for the update. I will not re-open the B&O strategy debate but there is a cold economic wind blowing around the world at the moment and all makers of high-end goods may find that there are some difficult times to come in the next few years. This article reinforces that. Simon

I agree with Peter. The Beccenter 2200 is too expensive if the unit needs repairs. I have a Beocenter 7000 and S45-2s and the combination is excellent. Simon
