Who'd have thought you could actually get a special container !

I've just been reading some old threads and it occured to me that member Soundproof hasn't posted for a few months - does anyone know why? I always read his posts with interest as they tended to contain more factual content than hifi "wiffle" or "it's great just coz it's B&O" etc.

A splendid addition to the Illuminati I'm sure as well as being generally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and all-round good egg, he can use his newly acquired super-powers to keep a tight control on the Wedthredders©
If so, will it be available until the end of this year? I wonder if B&O will produce a 10-50, who would then buy the 7-55 or the 4-50..?
If they stick with Samsung edge lit panels then it would have to be 55", there isn't a 50".

Apparently they still sell to support three shops in Helsinki alone, two of them less than hundred meters apart!
How much are they in the US?
-
Ok - fair enough, but from a UK only perspective then, as we're talking value for money, the price still increased by 30% making them a very difficult purchase indeed!
I think it depends a lot on what you value personally. The existence of the BeoLab 3 makes life difficult for the BeoLab 6000, but we still sell plenty of them. The sound is terrific and the look is timeless. Say what you will, but you'd be hard pressed to find an unhappy 6000 or 8000 owner! I'm sure I've
