on the big gear wheel driving the door there is an optical censor, thats tells the uP what position the door and clamper are in, when there get to mush dust in it, it can no longer point out where it is. so a good claening of the gear wheel well help.

Yes like peter says you will need a beolink active placed next to the MX1500 and a Master TV where you can set modulator to always on. then it's no problem

Just remembered a thing, go into sound setup and set speaker level as low as possible. to front and rear this will help a little with the noise in the TV.. I think the Beolink 3500 looks great as center, on real flat screens. does not sounds as good as bl4000 but have the looks. (has to be the new model )
