I have also noticed the problem with posting from an iPad. An alternative to the setting changes mentioned here is within the forum posting window, at the end of the options such as typeset etc it says HTML. Click on that and a window appears that can be typed in.

Pressing clock on our Beo 5 causes our BV 7 Mk III to display the time in the display.

I have had no problem with wifi, seems very fast, but so far have only used in our house and a friends house.

No doubt about having the 3G version adds many benefits. I have a 3G ordered also so that my wife can have one too. She wanted 3G more than I did so she gets that one. If I need 3G on a given day we can trade but did not want to pay for 3G service on two iPads.

I am unaware of anyway to have the speaker mode change automatically. I suppose one could program a Beo 5 with two controls, Apple TV Audio and Apple TV video with macros for each to set the speaker mode. The Apple Remote PUC will work fine with the Apple TV. Alternatively another device can be set in the PUC and the Apple TV will "learn"
