Not always easy moderating a website. It's a very fine balance between leaving it to run itself, setting the spam filters to the correct levels, and 'getting involved' with posts. Sometimes we get it wrong, most times i think we get it right. Our main aim is to appear like we're doing nothing - but i can assure you the moderators section
