Westlander: Misschien heeft het te maken met de (opgeheven) nederlandse B&O importeur? De promotionele activiteiten zijn toen ook gestopt, denk aan reclame-campagnes, de boatshows enz. Het is maar een gok maar ik zou me er iets bij kunnen voorstellen. Dit heeft er zeker en vast mee te maken! De gehele markt benadering van B&O in NL is waarschijnlijk

In the end B&O is still making a profit.. healthy enough for them to continue to develop new products. Some markets might be down... others are up.. but the numbers are still in black... and that's what counts! Karel

Have read the report 3 times... but it doesn't mention an annoucement for "BC5"... Do you have another report? Ok.. Some new audio device... But nothing about a "BeoCenter 5"... Anyway.. Don't jump to conclusions too soon.. and try to interpretate the report correct... Karel

That's the only way you are able to move a BL5! The (lower!) disk is constructed that way so it can be carried by 2 people.. or keg rolled by one person :-)

My blue AV9000 (connected to an Ouverture) is still running fine... And only working in the weekend... So hope to enjoy it for a extra number of years :-) When I connected the Ouverture to the AV9000 (no additional speakers!) Speaker 1-mode did not work. Option settings were correct. I don't have the LV case nor the B&O case.. That's wy I ordered the Vaja.. so it's protected when traveling or on the road in my potable-bag.. Karel

Can't remember if there was a "Made in..." sticker... but a friend who's deep into fine elecronics said that the internals were definitly high standard... not some fast solded "Made in China" quality.. Unfortunatly at the moment we replaced the internals I didn't have my cam with me... Karel
