B&O products generally last's long but when the hit 20 odd years in age be prepaired that the more comply cated the unit is build the more troublesome they can be. As B&O owners want something for the money paid they keep their B&O for the longest time for the most part. This means units run untill they needs to be serviced. When that

As I can see in the B&O catalogs for that period (mid 80's) white were costum order. Usally very few costum items rarely are in shops from my general experience with those kind of products. I never looked for white B&O units for the Beolab 8000 system. I got a Beolab 8000 system (complete by february 08) in palisander though and the white

Just keep in mind the voltage is 220 in Europe and 110 in the USA. The voltage could be changed in a Beogram however but ask Dillen or Beoworld first.

Depends on where you are located. I will say that white edition is not common as rosewood, palisander or black chrome like the 5000/6000/7000 systems. Not many is aviable but they do come up with out much wait. I got a white edition '80s Beosystem 6000 with a Beogram 6006 and a Beocord 6000. Now this is rare but you can never rule out that white

Just got the word today. Dillen has collected my Beovox S120 as I'm located to far from the east. A white pair nearly as new and original stands but with foam rot. Price 35£ Thank you Dillen!

That is my LX5500 above september 2006 on Lauritz.com here in Denmark It's still working great. Sound picture and quality really is better than most of the new non CRT tv's out there. It's a joy to use and look at. The only thing done since getting it home has been cleaning it behind the contrast screen, replacing the antena module and update

You have never said what happens exept it will not start right? This means there is power and maybe light but the arm does not move? If the MMC20S is ok when playing the best thing to do do is to bring it to Dillen in Copenhagen. You have less travel time than me. A no functional 4002 is not worth much and the MMC20S is not going to give any big value

Yes the S80.2 has a bit of foam rot and the S120 are going to Dillen too before I see them just to be sure. I don't know anything other than they should be nice in owerall condition. The S80.2 are really nice looking. The reason for not asking the seller is last time a pair of white Beovox 120 speakers were for sale I asked for foam rot and the

I too agree that S45-2's are truly great sounding speakers. I'm normally used to Beovox M150 but I'm on holiday at my parents house and the system is a Beocenter 2000 with teak S45.2's bought new in 1979 with out stands. It sounds rather good even though the Beocenter might be changed to a Beomaster 1900,2200, 2400. They sounds acurate

Welcome to Beoworld Were are you located? The closer you are to Denmark the better as the qualified service is mostly aviable here and not in any other country that much. Modern turntables? When working right way better than newer ones. The thing to think about is the cartridge. If it needs to be changed it will cost more than fixing the 4002. They
