  • Re: Red Beocom 4!

My dealer told me the BeoCom 6000 will be available in white and red very soon. Didn't mention anything about the BeoCom 4 though. I have seen a metalic lime green BeoCom 2. It looked great!

Dave: Many thanks to Henry - the paint job and colour shade is superb! Out of curiosity, did you do it yourself? And if so, what did you use to create a tooth for the new coat of paint (primer or sandpaper)? Did you use a kiln to dry the covers? The plastic feels a little different (not in a bad way). You're welcome Dave! And my service is available

  • Re: iPhone or Serenata

clifft: Having read all the posts on this forum regarding the Serenata, including the very good reviews from people who have actually touched and used it, I must admit I am still unsure whether to buy one. I am going to be in London in 2 weeks time and had hoped to at least be able to check one out but no-one here is saying that that they will arrive

The Beonic Man: Ooops! Make that 2,306 !!! How do you fit the driving instructing in? Who knows! His cell phone must be 3G and with a constant connection to the BeoWorld forums! Oh no that's impossible! He has a Serene.

  • Re: Quick Questions - Ouverture & 2500

However, on the other hand I think the BeoSound 2300 is the best looking unit of the Ouverture range.

  • Re: Quick Questions - Ouverture & 2500

Dave: What about the BC2300? Would this be reliable enough? I wouldn't recommend a BeoSound 2300 as I've heard B&O no longer make the laser for this unit anymore. I believe this is why Peter suggested a BeoSound 3000 and 3200.

Dave you have a PM. I think they look great and I hope you like them too! Thanks for uploading some photos. If anyone else would be interested in buying a pair of non-standard colour BeoCom 4 covers, please PM me for more information.

How many more members do we have to go before exceeding the old BeoWorld Lee?

  • Re: Playstation 3 - Is it worth it?

The PS3 is with out a doubt worth its buck in my opinion. Baring in mind that Sony make a loss of around £100 on each one they sell, this would suggest that more is on offer than what you're actually paying for ... well an optimist would say so. If you're simply interested in using it to play BluRay movies, then do so. My B&O dealer
