The Beogram CD50 is complete different to the CD5500-7000, there is no part similar. But.... the CD50 has the same problems with the caps. Replace the caps on the top board, the board can be removed easily, but watch for the one soldered wire where it was connected to. Replace all of the caps on this board. Replace all types up to 1uf by MKS plastic

Die AV Taste ist dafür auch nicht gedacht, die dient der Umschaltung zwischen den Audio- und Videoanlagen und der Umschaltung des Tones. The BM6500 has no RDS. The cpu board is almost identical to the older BM5500, the BM7000 has a complete new designed cpu board and a revised tuner board + the additional RDS decoder board. Power supply, amplifier and preamp are 100% identical and exchangable. BM6500 and 7000 are almost identical and compatible with the same Beolink controllers BL1000

I have also replaced additionally the battery and the lithium cell. It worked some days, then it stopped again. Some weeks later it began to work as if nothing

It's C2103... but only if the player has problems reading a CD. This defect does not sound like C2103, more like a broken cable, maybe ground is missing. Is the remote control still working?

The MX6000 is a higher integrated MX5500, the electronic is very similar to the older model. And they have the same problems. Replace the caps and it will work again. Dont forget the ones right in the middle of the mainboard. They usually have black feet ;)

Yes. Dead capacitor (the 470uf) with a shortcut killed the 4.7 Ohm resistor in the display.
