I`m usin Beoplayer to copy lossless to BM5 and sometimes Google pictures to get better images - just drag and drop. Works great on my macbook. Stefan

There are three cables. The first is a DVI cable with a mini DVI plug, second is an USB cable with a mini USB plug, third is a four wire power and IR cable. Standard lengths are 4.5 m or 9 m, which includes an USB repeater. 11 m will also work. Stefan

Welcome on the Beoworld Forum. As far as I remember, the PLAY button should activate the last used source. Does volume control work? Pause N.MUSIC by pressing STOP on your Beo4 - press PLAY on the IR eye. Does it work? Next: your BL active must be set to L.OPT 5 - only audio sources, or 6 (if there are video sources in your setup). I can test the PLAY

You can use a Philips HD 1500 headphone surround amp. It accepts digital PCM, DD 5.1, DTS. The input signal will be converted to analogue stereo and the digital in will be passed through simultaneously. So connect your mini to digital in and both digital and analog out to your BV7. I used this solution when I had a mac mini connected to my BV7-40 MKIII

As said in many, many other threads here you will need an analogue signal for distribution to linkrooms. Connect your Sky box via Scart - in addition to digital connections to your videomaster. Same with your aplle TV. Hope this helps. Stefan
..... The projector is FULL HD (Panasonic PT-AE4000) but i tryed to "FORMAT 0" the DVD and my STB (SD source) and the symptoms are the same. Mat
I don`t think it depends on the video source. The BV7 sends a 1366x768 or 1280x720 picture and maybe your Panasonic "expects" a 1920x1080 picture

I agree with Peter. The 2500 RDS module (as the 2300 and MPAV9000) is meant to display RDS data on its own display. If I remember correctly only the sw 3.x version got an RDS function - I have a 3.1 BL7000 with RDS and a 2.1 BL7000 without RDS. The RDS only works with a BM 7000, no BM 6500, no BC 9500... But as Graham said I see it more as a gimmick

What happens if you press MENU twice? Stefan

Yes, I meant their studio stuff. And sorry - no pics. The setup is part of my post production studio facility that includes four different rooms - two control rooms, a recording studio and a machine room. Stefan
