I'd get in touch with ebay, explain the situation, get the sale cancelled - then place them on your blocked bidders list (is there such a thing, or was i dreaming that ?!) If it was myself, i'd state that i'd be happy to jump through hoops - as long as the buyer is paying. If you clearly stated 'collection only' then you should quote
