Thanks Martin! Thats good to hear. I have a cartridge at the moment with a broken cantilever, put a really buggard up record to see if it does what its supposed and it does. Got out bid for a cartridge on Ebay in the last 10secs last night didn't have time to up my bid! Was highly annoyed! So its back to the drawing board for a cartridge, but in

They do have holes at the back so that you can mount them directly on the wall. Contrary to most people I prefer it without the brackets although I'm too scared to mount mine on the wall because of the glass panels even though I have secured them. Call me paranoid!!

Rescue it! You can always fix it and polish it up and sell it for much more then you paid for it!!

Someone gave a me a Beogram 4002 14yrs ago which I never used as it did not have a cartridge. I of course turned it on and everything worked perfectly. Couldn't check the sound obviously. Now that I am taking out of its "hibernation" I am worried that after so many years that its lubrication etc might have dried up. Is there anything I

Ignace: francoisvl: Unfortunately I don't have the stands. I can't imagine them on stands though due to their size! They take up enougth space as it is. As I said a powerful amp is needed for these speakers. I use a BM 4400. Sounds great So they are large and heavy... I'll bet the shipping-costs to the Netherlands would be sky-high I'm
