My question would be a small design detail: How come the power supplys are ugly generic models instead of more brand aware ones? Example BeoSound 3, BeoSound 5 Encore power supplys are not anything one would think is made by or made for B&O.

BeoLab 9 has more to offer in bass. It is better than any B&W that I have heard of (15", 2x12" and 2x10" models included) in resolution and accuracy. Some B&W's might have better midrange but overall BeoLab 9 is just better in my opinion. I like to listen to Kraftwerk and other electronic music and with that kind of music

Not related to sonos issue but I have had an idea for some time. Wouldn't it be great to have iPhone/Android remote app that would control BeoMaster 5. Obvious benefits: -Great integration -spdif that just works -Ease of use from link room -easy to add on Hidden posibilities: -MLGW style remote for B&O products from phone as BM5 has everything

Been there - done that. 1. Yes it is possible. 2. On/off will be automatic 3. It really easy to pump up the jam to the maximum and scare the whole neighbourhood. I did it with Finnish artist Kirka by accident
Thanks Akoro. I asked you this as I remembered earlier, but that was
On which device did you change the volume?
Volume is controlled from: iTunes, iPhone, iPad or iPod. Basically from that unit/player where you are sending the audio to AirPort. I used iTunes from iMac and there it is really easy to forget the volume to maximum - there was some computer speakers connected

I would recommend BeoCenter 1 as it is really affortable Bang & Olufsen musicsystem with a tv attached. Just be sure to have Beo4 if you need to access dvd menus as it can be quite frustrating with Beo1 remote. Picture quality is still great. I have one in study and kids often watch dvd's with it. And yeah - I would buy it again.

a very very expensive sonos the encore costs say 2500 pounds whereas a sonis player is 280
... a Bentley and a Skoda have in common: they are cars, are using roads and beeing owned by VW - but will offer a slightly different "user interface" & "driving experience"

Oh yes, there's room for B&O in Finland. Well done Sammi!
